Milk Can Quilt
This fun quilt features a collection of Milk Cans that look fantastic in the 2025 All Iowa Shop Hop fabric. Good for all quilters, just need a good 1/4" seam. Add a little extra fun by appliqueing "IOWA" on a few milk cans in the corner. Finishes 59 x 74"

| Skill Details: | Advanced beginner/intermediate who can use a rotary cutter and is familiar with how to use a sewing machine. Quilt features some smaller pieces so we will work on cutting skills, color placement and accuracy on piecing. |

| Requirements: | Supplies Needed - 1. 1/3 yard of 7 assorted fabrics or (1) layer cake 2. 1 1/3 yards for lids and binding 3. 2 1/4 yards for background 4. 4 1/2 yards for backing 5. 1/4 yard lite Steam a Seam 2 fusible web for applique letters 6. Sewing machine with extra bobbins and needles 7. 1/4" foot for sewing machine (optional but will be more accurate) 8. Rotary cutter, cutting mat and 6 1/2" x 24 1/2" ruler (Creative Grids brand is recommended) 9. Notions - Wonder clips, Frixion pen, pencil or Sewline ceramic fabric pencil, seam ripper, thread to match, scissors 10. Iowa Milk Cans pattern (if you purchased a Shop Hop kit, it is in the kit) |
