Machine Quiilting with your Walking Foot

Ready to quilt your own projects and just not sure where to start? In this class you will learn to use your
walking foot to create different quilting designs for straight line quilting, decorative stitch quilting and more.

| Requirements: | Walking Foot Quilting 1. WALK Master Machine Quilting with Your Walking Foot book - recommended 2. Sewing machine with walking foot (if you have a quilting bar to go on your walking foot, bring it) 3. small quilt (max. 45" x 60") or quilt sandwiches to quilt 4. Thread – 100% cotton thread (Aurifil recommended) and 100% polyester (Glide recommended) 5. Needles – 80/12 & 90/14 quilting and Sharps, also topstitch if you have them. Put a fresh one in before class 6. Knee lift for your machine if you have one. 7. Extension table for your machine if you have one. 8. Marking tools – Frixion pen that will show on your fabric, Sewline pencil with white or green lead, blue painters tape 9. Quilting gloves (Machingers recommended) 10. Rulers – 6 ½” x 24 ½”, 8 ½” or 12 1/2” square, 2 ½” x 6 ½” (approx.) or seam gauge. I recommend the Creative Grids brand, they are much easier to read and you’re less likely to mark the wrong line. 11.
