Machine Binding Tricks
Learn great tips for applying binding with your machine. This technique is sturdier and faster than sewing your bindings by hand and a great way to feature a decorative stitch.
MACHINE BINDING BASICS
- Small quilt top or tablerunner that is ready to be bound
- Enough binding precut into 2 ½” strips to complete your project
- Thread to match
- Sewing machine
- Notions – Scissors, seam ripper, Wonder clips or quilting pins,
- Frixion fabric marking pens
- The Binding Tool by TQM Products (highly recommended)
