Kimberbell?s new system is a fantastic way to use your embroidery machine to quilt!?It?s easy to stitch through a quilt sandwich of top fabric, batting, and back fabric with an allover quilting for a continuous flow, or customize each block with a different design Embroidery machine required.

Using the Jalie Zip-Front Jacket pattern (2795) we'll serge/sew up a jacket in time for fall. Using any knit fabric with at least 25% stretch, we'll cover a number of garment making techniques. This is a serger friendly pattern, however some installation processes might be easier on the sewing machine. This is a 3 week class as we cover every step of the jacket construction. Serger or sewing machine required. Class is offered virtually and in person

Learn to plan, fit, cut, and serge a pair of leggings or yoga pants. Using either the Jalie Yoga pants, Cora color-block, Clara, or Jessica leggings with side pockets, we'll work together over two weeks to complete a pair of leggings/yoga pants on our serger. Performance knit fabrics or knit fabrics with a minimum 60% stretch are recommended for this project. Serger with cover stitch are recommended.

This pattern from Aneela Hoey is so cool. When open it?s a tray to hold your sewing supplies but zips up into a box for travel. It would be perfect for retreats, etc or to hold art supplies and so much more! Clever construction and great techniques.
