KND: HELIX HAT

Ready to try some easy color work? Here’s the perfect way to start. We’ll use a color technique called Helix to create a three-color hat. Make a Christmas hat for your children, grandchildren, or favorite friends using red, white, and green. We’ll learn this easy color process in one two-hour class. KND: IT'S ALL ABOUT THE YARN

KND: KNITTING WITH BEADS

Here it is! The class many of you have requested. In this class, we will learn to knit a beautiful cuff bracelet by Laura Nelkin. This project comes in a kit ready to knit—all you need to add are your knitting needles. We will learn to string beads and work them into your knitting and also how to add beads as you knit. These are the two methods used for knitting with beads and this great project uses both methods! Get the kit and sign up for the class and then you’ll be ready for ANY beaded project! Prerequisites: For the intermediate knitter who is very proficient at cast-ons, knitting, purling, works to a consistent gauge and can easily read knitting instructions. KND: MAGIC LOOP TOE-UP SOCKS (2 AT A TIME)

This class will teach you how to make socks using the magic loop method from the toe up. Both socks are made at the same time. You will learn the Turkish cast-on for a seamless toe, a very simple short-row heel method, and Elizabeth Zimmerman’s Sewn bind off.
