A roll of 40, 2 ½” strips of beautiful fabrics to be used in countless scrappy patterns. Prepare to fall in love! Moda is releasing this new concept for the New Year. Quilter’s Cupboard will be carrying many Moda Jelly Rolls as well as creating some of our own from other fabrics we carry. As a member of Quilter’s Cupboard’s Strip Club, you will purchase a jellyroll each month to use to create fun, scrappy quilts. A new pattern will be provided each month. Strip Club will meet the 4th Saturday of the month at 9:30. The club is limited to the 1st 12 quilters to sign up. The 1st 8 quilters to sign up also have first dibs to stay at the store and sew from 10:00 – 4:00 that day. Stay, sew, chat, and get a good start on your project for the month! Cost for Strip Club is $35 per month, kit included. On Hiatus FABRIC Club - NEW Where do you hide your stash? Does it fit in your sewing room? Under the bed? How about that old hamper that your family thinks has clothes in it? Dolores is running this new FABRIC club to help you take back the house. Use some of those beautiful fabrics you’ve been hiding to make a great quilt each month. Don’t move that fast? That’s ok. There’s a pattern every other month, but it is always your choice to bring a project of your own to work on. This is a FREE club! Come, sew, and socialize while using up your stash. (Of course, when you work on the pattern of the month, you will need to purchase the pattern.) The club meets the last Tuesday of the month from 10:00 – 4:00. The pattern we will work on in April is Leftovers by Homespun Charm. We will have cutting stations set up for you to start cutting Leftovers so that you can get right to sewing in April. (Bring your own ruler and rotary cutter, please.) September 29, October 27 International Mystery Quilt Club Let us be your guide as you embark on a Quilter's journey of quilts around the globe! Each quilt is a new set of fabrics and blocks that are easy machine or hand piece (no appliqué and no seasonal holidays). Each meeting you will receive a new wall/lap sized quilt kit complete with all fabrics for the quilt top and step-by-step directions that will have you completing your project in just a short weekend (borders/binding not included). In fact, we think if you choose to stay and sew (by machine) for the day, you should be able to complete your quilt top before you go home! The quilt projects are quick and easy machine piecing that are great for beginners on up. Each club meeting we will provide a festive lunch from the quilt’s country. The kits also include a recipe from a different country each month for you to enjoy. You will LOVE how easy it is to complete each quilt- for a total of 12 quilts in all - that showcase a bounty of great fabrics and pieced block styles. This is a one-of-a-kind quilt of the month series that you don't want to miss! The 1st International Mystery Quilt Club meeting began with Germany. The group had a great time eating potato soup and making a twisty fun quilt. Jo Morton’s Little Women’s Club – Part 7
